KSHOW Plastic Industrial Crate Mould is a precision injection mold specifically designed for producing high-strength, recyclable logistics turnover boxes. Made from H13 or P20 mold steel, the mold cavity surface is polished to a mirror finish and treated with nitriding, achieving a hardness of HRC48-52. It is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with a service life of over 500,000 mold cycles. The mold has a 1×2 dual-cavity layout, compatible with a 1200-ton injection machine. It uses a hot runner system (valve gate) and sequential valve control to ensure even filling of PP or HDPE material at 280°C, with a molding cycle of ≤45 seconds. Plastic Industrial Crate Mould size is stable, and the weight deviation is <0.3%.
Both the core and cavity are equipped with circulating water channels and beryllium copper inserts, reducing cooling time by 18% and limiting box deformation to ≤0.5 mm. Four sides are reserved with interchangeable rib inserts, allowing the same mold to produce two heights (340 mm / 420 mm) of Type A and Type B boxes, achieving one-click mold change. The ejection system uses a combination of hydraulic cylinders and inclined tops to ensure automatic demolding of deep-cavity boxes without top whitening. Plastic Industrial Crate Mould is equipped with limit switches and Euro-map interfaces, which can be interconnected with robotic signals to achieve fully automated part removal, stacking, and counting. The finished box can bear a weight of ≥35 kg and has impact resistance that meets the GB/T 4857.5-92 drop test standard at a height of 1.5 m. It is suitable for closed-loop logistics systems in industries such as automotive, food, and electronics.
